Will my credit card be charged automatically when it's time to renew?
No. We do not have an automatic renewal system. If you'd like to renew, please log into the site, and click the renewal button. Your will be prompted for your credit card information. We do not store credit card information, so we are unable to automatically renew accounts.
I just renewed and my expiration date didn't change.
Please e-mail us and we'll get it straightened out for you.
My subscription has expired and I still want to renew. Is this possible?
Yes. Just log in with your old username and password. You will see a message that says your account is expired. There will also be a renewal link.
I want to renew our school account, but the contact person is no longer working at the school.
Please e-mail us and we'll change the contact person's information. Please let us know the new contact's name and e-mail address. Also, please include the name of the school and the previous contact person's name, so we can verify you are who you say you are. You can also call us to change the account information: 716-260-2560. (We're usually in the office Monday-Friday 9am - 3pm EST.)
